Subs

  1. Click the box below to view the sub calendar. 

  2. Use the file to view sub availability throughout the season. Calendar Guidelines:

    • ​Available: This person is free to sub this week

    • Unavailable: This person is not available this week

    • Subbing: This person is already subbing

    • Incomplete: This sub has not filled out the form

  3. Contact available subs when needed. ​​

  4. Once you find your sub, update the file for that person and week to "Subbing".  
     

  1. Find your name on the sub list.

    • ​It is very important you are editing your own row, and not another sub. 

  2. Fill out your availability by week using the drop downs on your row.

    • ​Drop down options:

      • Available: You are free to sub this week

      • Unavailable: You are not available this week

      • Subbing: You are already subbing for a regular

      • Incomplete: You have not filled out the form

  3. Update availability throughout the season.
